Kashmir Stag (Hangul): The park is the last stronghold of the critically endangered Hangul deer, which is a subspecies of the European red deer.
Himalayan Black Bear: Commonly sighted in the park, especially during the summer and autumn.
Leopard: Although elusive, leopards inhabit the park and can occasionally be spotted.
Musk Deer: Another important species, often found in the higher elevations of the park.
Other Species: Includes Himalayan serow, langur, red fox, and a variety of smaller mammals.
